Warning during install + creating widget page identified as harmful

Looks like first one is not related to Widgets, but to diff - check $wgDiff setting in your LocalSettings.php and if the file exists and allowed for execution. Once again, it's not related to Widgets extension.
The warning about HTML markup seems to originate from AbuseFilter extension you have installed. Try to figure out how to configure it to ignore "Widgets" namespace.
