SQLite DB error?

I'll try, right now I won't be able to as the site is undergoing general maintenance. Is there any way to migrate to MySQL? Without loosing user accounts or data? Thanks!
It may be possible to simply do a SQL dump, but I can't assure you that the schema won't need changing.
