Should be possible with the latest code (that is compatible with MediaWiki 1.17 and trunk). It uses the job queue.

0. Make sure you're a translation administrator. 1. Go to your translatable page 2. Delete it.
You'll get a special delete form that allows you to delete all translations and translated pages if you choose to do so.
