Switch off CC by code?

Over at en:wiki:VPT I started "Subtitles showing up with soundfile". My question (and need) is to switch off any CC (Closed captioning).

Not currently. There is an option to disable the cc button (e.g. [[File:Sumanah-wcusa-2014-keynote.ogg|disablecontrols=timedText]]) but then its just stuck in the default captions.
