This is merely a matter of hwo the feed is generated. It is not topic of this Extension:RSS which renders feed contents as they are generated by foreign sources.
The Extension:WikiArticleFeeds can be used to generate RSS Feeds from a MediaWiki page (used as generator), but I think you wanted to fetch a "normal" Wiki article as RSS feed, which is admittedly a different thing.
