Common.css ignored?

In our installation it seems to completely ignore the content of Mediawiki:Commons.css. Is there a setting for this? An alternative CSS page? G.Hagedorn 21:06, 8 December 2011 (UTC)

Compare also [1] versus [2]. Does support the horizontal list classes that were added in November. These css files shouldn't be hardcoded. Should be a separate entry in the MediaWiki namespace.
