Is there a way to integrate LT into an article's content rather than on the discussion page, so as to flow more like other websites? Thanks.

No, not in any file. It goes on the page that you want to use LiquidThreads.

it adds the discussion panel to the main page but it says that discussion page is empty.it's not.
