Where i can to get kerberos keytab?

Extension:LDAP Authentication/Kerberos Configuration Examples

I using OpenSUSE included in Windows 2003 ActiveDirectory.

I can successfuly to login to AD from kinit, but i don't find keytab file on my system.

You need to get a keytab file. This is outside of the scope of the LDAP extension documentation. Please read your AD documentation, or Samba documentation on how to get a keytab.
