Changed from self signed to 3rd party certifcate....

PHP doesn't store certificates in the registry. It uses openldap, which stores the certificate as listed in ldap.conf. Please see the requirements section of this documentation for this.

I don't know. I've never personally tested this on Windows. The documentation provided for Windows is mostly from other people who have tried it, and got it working on Windows.
