Can't find the Captcha

I have Mediawiki 1.18 and it came with a ConfirmEdit extension. Adding any of the captchas though doesn't work. The Captcha doesn't show up at all. I've tried SimpleCaptcha, FancyCaptcha, MathCaptcha, etc. Nothing shows up when trying to edit a page.

Note: I'm using a regular account when testing the edit.
