The download links don't work, the following error is returned:

The Webinterfaces aren't working at the moment.

I could get the files for the Cite-Extension using:

git clone https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/p/mediawiki/extensions/Cite.git

Special:ExtensionDistributor/Cite works again.

It seems it is broken again.
