Suggestion: add subpages to a saved book /configure for options and a list of terms the index is generated from (concordance list)
I'd like to propose to optionally add a special files to any saved book page.
- wiki page Book:<booktitle>/options
- fonts
- frontpage layout
- frontpage image
- custom header
- custom footer
- options like "new chapters always start on right pages"
- special token or commend to force a new page
- in that options page a new section concordance list with words and/or regexp (matching terms ar used to generate an index of these terms in text)
