www.toolserver.org/tiles[edit]

Hi,
I do not find any information on this page about the mapnik tiles service, like the Black And White render "http://{s}.www.toolserver.org/tiles/bw-mapnik/{z}/{x}/{y}.png". Today it's still running, but for how long ?

It is not running anymore as of 2015-01-14 with no replacement known to me.

Thanks, I've filed a bug at phabricator:T86739. Please register and login on phabricator to follow updates. --Nemo 07:18, 14 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

Links[edit]

Why wiki styl links to the tools, which were moved. Why it wasnt repaired to the new locations?--Juandev (talk) 19:40, 16 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

Summary of the voting[edit]

The claim that most of these tools have been migrated is a bit hollow. Amongst the numerous things that the migration to labs has broken, two important tools, Overlord's Whois and Luxo's DerivativeFX, are currently not working. We have managed to replace whois on Wikipedia with a commercial site, but there is no replacement for derivative works and numerous licence attribution issues result. The sentence was very hard to read and I'm not sure what it meant, so I simplified: [1]. --Nemo 07:57, 25 August 2014 (UTC)Reply
