The roadmap says Mediawiki 1.21wmf5 will be deployed on Wikidata on Monday, December 3. Wikidata:Special:Version says the version currently in use is 1.21wmf5.

Question about Scribunto[edit]
Hello,
on test2.wikipedia.org with 1.21wmf7 Scribunto extension is present (as seen in Special:version). If I check on en.wikipedia.org with (now) the same version Scribunto is not present.
Do all the wikipedia will have the Scribunto extension? Should it be activated on a per-wiki base to be available?
