Accounts which are more than four days old, and which have at least ten edits, are automatically promoted to the 'autoconfirmed' group. Autoconfirmed users may move pages, edit semi-protected pages, and upload files or upload a new version of an existing file. They are no longer required to enter a CAPTCHA.
