Help using Dropdown Menu

Is there any type of manual for this skin? Particularly on how to use (add to/change) the drop down menu? I am still sort of a noob. I managed to install the skin and set it as default, but that is as far as I have been able to get. Jake4d 23:14, 4 January 2011 (UTC)
