Newbie questions:

Can anyone elaborate on this? Is this function allowing the Sysop to set specific users that can insert HTML onto wiki pages?

If so, what is the syntax? How do I add specific users? I assume this would be in the LocalSettings.php file and would look something like this:

$wgUserHtml = true;

where is the html whitelist?

where can i edit the allowed html tags whitelist?
