MediaWiki:Pagetitle provides the HTML <title></title> code on each MediaWiki page. The default is
$1 - {{SITENAME}}
where $1 is the pagename (eg this page's name is Manual:Interface/Pagetitle), and {{SITENAME}} is the sitename provided by $wgSitename. For the main page, see MediaWiki:Pagetitle-view-mainpage.
