MediaWiki Group Bug Squad[edit]

This ongoing group welcomes anyone interested in monitoring, reproducing, and verifying bug reports in Wikimedia's bugtracker. Members will work with Wikimedia users and developers to help locate, confirm, and fix bugs within Wikimedia's projects features.

We hope to integrate the Bug Squad Wikiproject into this group.

  • I am helping creating this group because I think it fits perfectly in our QA & Testing goals and also in the idea of MediaWiki thematic groups.--Qgil (talk) 18:37, 18 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • All bugsquads in other free and open source projects I've been involved with were fun, because of the great people you work together with, the bugs that are sometimes a bit shy to show up when you try to reproduce them, and because it's an easy entry point to start contributing and giving something back to a project that you like. --AKlapper (WMF) (talk) 19:16, 11 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
