Very nice extension, but I am worrying about something: I see this extension generates images according to the EAN design, but this design was probably created by someone, so that someone may have some copyright or patent rights to it. Can I or another person install this extension and generate EAN images without risking being sued by that someone? ie is this EAN design in the "public domain"? NSK Nikolaos S. As far as I can see this extension won´t work with Shared uploads, it would be nice to add this feature.

[edit] Be sure to have PHP GD extension

I couldn't get this to work until I uncommented the following line in the php.ini:

extension=php_gd2.dll

Then restart IIS --Nim278 22:40, 10 February 2010 (UTC)
