Fatal Error

At 1.6.7 I recive the message:

"Fatal error: Call to undefined function wfRunHooks() in C:\Program Files\MediaWiki\mediawiki-1.6.7\includes\QueryPage.php on line 44".

Not working on 1.8.2

Errors all over the special pages page
Not recommended

Nothing

When I click in Protected page in my Special Pages, there is a blank page. I wrote include ("extensions/protectedpages.php"); in my LocalSettings and I put protectedpages.php and SpecialProtectedPages.php, there is something to add ?
