Provides skin level functions.

This extension is really meant to be used with Extension:ParserPhase2.

- Add an action on the current page: (($#addaction|action|action text$))
- Add an action with more granular control: (($#addaction|action|action text|subpage|action name in tab$))

- Add the following to LocalSettings.php if the extension was downloaded from Jean-Lou Dupont's MediaWiki SVN directory (link in the download entry of the table above)[2]:
