Extension:MobileFrontend/KeepGoing

From mediawiki.org

This feature was removed in July 2014.

KeepGoing is an experimental feature in the MobileFrontend Extension that prompts a user to edit more pages after their first successful edit.

If a new user is in Alpha or Beta mode, and makes a successful edit, a drawer appears at the bottom of the screen asking them if they want to try editing another page. If they choose 'Yes', it loads a random page and asks them if they want to edit that page or try another one.

Future plans[edit]

  • Have it use a random article from a configured category, for example, Category:Articles with too few wikilinks.
  • Allow user to choose from a list of articles rather than by trial and error.
  • Offer instructions on what edits need to be made for this category.
  • Support making several edits in a row.
