The ITSM-Wiki extension enables publishing of process descriptions in a wiki. The extension is based on the Semantic MediaWiki extension. The main function is the parser function #process.
- Functionality
- process information is presented in a table format
- table layout can be changed with a html "style" parameter
- nesting (every sub-process can link-back to the process level above)
- descriptive purpose field
- input and output fields
- semantic RACI information, with multiple actors per R, A, C and I
- inclusion of a flowchart template (which can be clickable with the Imagemap extension)
- detailed information field
