Here it is a little change in Export.php to allow export an entire Custom Namespace.

[edit] Installation and usage

Change Export.php located in includes/Export.php Enter in ../index.php/Special:Export. Now, where you could select pages that you want to export, you can use MyNamespace:* as a page title. It will export all pages from the Namespace called MyNamespace
