Cache TTL[edit]
We should be very clear on the cache lifetimes of:
- Campaign choice data
- Banner content
CAMPAIGN_STALENESS_LEEWAY[edit]
Constant in bannerController.lib.js. Determines leeway for considering a campaign received via choiceData to be stale.
