This extension depends on a BotAlert/BotBlock server at www.pramana.com to blacklist spambots. That server has been unresponsive since March 2011 and (as of 2012) is still offline. The extension is therefore unusable and has been archived without regard to MediaWiki version or other external factors. Without the server, the extension cannot operate, period.
