I'm looking for page approval process, and not necessarily security.

The page approval process can work something like this:

1. A page version can have a tag/marker to indicate whether it's approved. 2. Only certain people can approve a page. 3. A reader can chose to view the newest version of the page, or the last approved version. 4. Optionally, a user may decide to only view approved version (such as for internal audits) 5. A notification system such that the approver of the page is notified of a change, so he can go and approve it as soon as he can. 6. A report to indicate what are all the still-yet-to-be approved pages in the system, with the ability to filter by approver.

Tell everyone which method you ended up using and why. - Bouncingmolar 21:33, 5 May 2007 (UTC)
