it's the parameter "apnamespace" that has to be set when requesting list=allpages.

http://en.wikipedia.org/w/api.php?action=query&list=allcategories&acprefix=List_of first result is w:en:category:List of. Page for this category dont exist, and category have a zero member. WTF? 109.184.101.203 07:43, 10 September 2014 (UTC)Reply
